| 中文摘要:如何度量影响健康的社会经济因素是一个困难的问题，不同于以往文献直接沿用国外文献中的做法，而是从我国农村现状出发，从个人和家庭社会关系两个层面入手选择社会经济因素的度量指标.基于CHIP2013大型微观数据集，定量分析了影响我国农村居民健康的社会经济因素，研究结果对影响农村居民健康的社会经济因素提供了更具时效性、更全面的认识.研究发现，个人层面的身份地位、职业选择、教育程度以及家庭层面的家庭经济条件和家庭社会关系对个人健康有正向影响.基于对这些社会经济影响因素的分析，提出了促进农村居民健康的一些政策启示，包括提升农村教育水平，增加农村家庭经济收入、增加非农就业机会以及建立全面的农村医疗保障制度，以提高农村居民抗击疾病风险的能力. |

| Analysis on Socioeconomic Factors of Individual Health |

| Abstract:Socioeconomic factors of individual health of the peasant in rural area are analyzed quantitatively based on current situation of rural area, which is different from existing paper. The result which provides a new and entire view on socioeconomic factors of individual health shows that status, occupation choice and education background which belong to personal level, and household income, social relation which belong to household level have positive impact on individual health. According to the result of the paper, some suggestion on policy of improving peasants’ health is presented, which includes improving peasants’ education level, increasing peasants’ household income, increasing non-farm employment opportunities and building health insurance system in rural area to enhance the capability of risk resistance. |
