| 中文摘要:首先运用超效DEA模型测算全要素水资源利用效率，然后利用我国2005—2015年31个省市自治区的面板数据，构建面板VAR模型，测度水资源利用与产业结构优化之间的动态关系.结果表明：水资源利用与产业结构优化之间存在协整关系；水资源利用与产业结构优化之间的相互作用存在区域差异，主要体现在反应时滞、作用力度等方面. |

| The Dynamic Relationship between Water Resource Utilization and Optimizing Industrial Structure under the Framework of Panel VAR Model |

| Abstract:Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2015，this paper established a panel VAR model to measure the dynamic relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure.The results show that there is long-run co-integration relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure，and the dynamic relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure varies with the regions from the perspective of response lag，action intensity and so on. |
