| 中文摘要:基于所构建的城市生态竞争力的评价指标体系，运用直觉模糊综合评价模型，从状态、压力、响应三个准则层面，对长株潭城市群城市生态竞争力进行综合评价，以此为基础分析长株潭各城市现状及潜力以及长株潭三市各自具有的竞争优势和劣势.为提升长株潭城市生态竞争力，要从加快产业升级和转换经济发展模式、转变政府考核方式、加大政府财政补贴、落实政府监管职能四个方面着手. |

| Research onurban eco-competitiveness of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtang |

| Abstract:Based on the evaluation system of urban eco-competitiveness，this paper used the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the urban eco-competitiveness of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from the three criteria of state，pressure and response.The status and potential，as well as the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the three cities，were analyzed.In order to enhance the eco-competitiveness of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan，we should proceed from four aspects： accelerating industrial upgrading and transforming economic development mode，changing government assessment methods，increasing government financial subsidies and implementing government supervision. |
