中文摘要:在界定城市竞争力、城市人力资本竞争力内涵的基础上，构建了城市竞争力和人力资本竞争力的评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法，对新疆15个地州市的城市竞争力、城市人力资本竞争力进行了综合评价，并分析了两者之间的相互关系，得出结论：新疆人力资本竞争力与城市竞争力呈正相关，人力资本对城市竞争力具有一定的提升作用，但作用不明显.

Research on Urban Competitiveness and Urban Human Capital Competitiveness of Xinjiang Province

Abstract:Based on the connotative definition of urban competitiveness and urban human capital competitiveness，this paper built an evaluation index system. By using the principal component analysis，this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of urban competitiveness and urban human capital competitiveness for the 15 states of Xinjiang，and analyzed the relationship between the two parts.The results show that there is a positive correlation between Xinjiang human capital competitiveness and urban competitiveness，and the human capital has a certain effect，though not significant，on promoting the urban competitiveness.
