Impacts of Human Capital on Economic Growth of Xinjiang and Its Countermeasures

Abstract:This paper analysed the impact of material capital,human capital and labour force on the economic growth using cobb-douglas production function and ridge regression, and provided the advice to improve the stock of human capital,to optimize the structure of human capital in order to promote economic growth .
