中文摘要:基于云理论的评价方法,构建指标体系,利用云重心理论求出各指标的云模型,计算与理想状态向量的加权偏离度,以此衡量我国光伏产业产能过剩程度.该评价理论提高了评价结果的准确性,评价结果与实际情况吻合,表明该评价指标与评价方法具有较强的可操作性和科学性,并就此对光伏产业产能过剩的治理,提出了政策建议.

Research on Excess Capacity Evaluation of Photovoltaic Industry of China Based on Cloud Theory
Abstract:Based on research methods of the cloud theory, this paper constructed the index system to calculate the weighted deviation of vector quantity from that in the ideal status by making the cloud model of each index in the use of cloud gravity theory, so as to assess the excess capacity degree of the photovoltaic industry of China. This kind of assessing theory increases the accuracy of the results. The coincidence between the assessing results and the actual conditions indicates that the index and methods of this assessment enjoy relatively high operability and scientificity. In addition, policies and advices on the governing of the excess capacity of the photovoltaic industry have been given.
