中文摘要:基于2007~2011年中国工业行业上市公司的面板数据,运用附加技术创新变量的增广生产函数和系统广义矩估计方法,研究国有企业和民营企业技术创新投入在影响企业生产率方面的差异.研究表明，工业上市公司生产率从总体上受制于技术创新投入，按所有制分类后，国有企业的生产率与技术创新投入之间不存在显著关系，而民营企业生产率与技术创新投入存在显著的负向关系.进一步引入企业规模和产出的一期滞后项后结果仍然稳健.

Effect of Technological Innovation on Productivity Using GMM

Abstract:Based on the panel data of Chinese industry listed companies during 2007~2011,this paper estimated production function attached the technological innovation variable by system-GMM to study the different effect of investment in technological innovation on productivity between state owned and private owned firms. We find that the industry listed company as a whole is subject to technological innovation. If the firm is divided into two subsamples by state-owned and private-owned ones, only the latter’s productivity are constrained by the input of technological innovation. Furthermore, these results are not changed if scale variable and first-lagged of output is introduced into the model.
