| Inventory Model for Deteriorating Items under the Conditions of Delay in Payments |

| Abstract:An inventory model for deteriorating items under the conditions of delay in payments with partial backlogging was developed. The article proves the existence and uniqueness of optimal solution to the model. Then an algorithm of determining the optimal ordering policy was given. Finally, numerical examples were presented to illustrate the model and algorithm. |
