中文摘要:将人力资本投资引入一个代际叠代经济增长框架中,研究了系统中人力资本投资引起经济增长内生复杂性及其控制的问题.动力学行为分析表明:信息成本上升是造成经济系统中人力资本存量波动的主要原因.在不改变其初始条件的前提下,这种不稳定性可以通过外部机制(譬如市场的自发调节和政府的工资政策等)得以抑制.此外,通过应用确定函数,文章证明了该方法的有效性和可行性.最后对人力资本及教育领域的改革提出了政策建议.

Controlling Endogenous Fluctuations of Human Capital Investment
Abstract:By introducing the human capital investment into the economic growth framework, this paper studied how the human capital investments led to the endogenous economic growth complexity and its control. The dynamics analysis shows that the cost of information is an important source of complex nature. Without changing the initial conditions of the premise, the unstable characteristics can be eliminated by external mechanisms, which could be explained as the intrinsic properties of the market equilibrium and policy intervention. In addition, it presented the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed method by applying determinable functions. Finally the policy recommendation on human capital and education was proposed.
