| Abstract:This paper establishesd an indicator system for comprehensive evaluation on oil distribution network partners based on the D-S theory,which can distinguish “unknown” and “uncertain”. Using the data fusion technology in evidential reasoning approach,the candidate cooperation companies were evaluated, and the final evaluation scores and sequence were obtained. |
