Evaluation of Strategic Emerging Industries Based on Grey Relational Analysis:Empirical Analysis on Biology and Medicine Industry

Abstract:According to grey system, we built an evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation model for biomedical industry, which belongs to strategic emerging industries. Meanwhile,we made some empirical analysis on Jilin Tonghua Medicine City,Shanghai Zhangjiang Medicine Valley and Liuyang Biomedical Park .
