The Consecutive N-1-out-of-n: G Repairable System with Repairman Vacations

Abstract:We introduced the consecutive n-1-out-of-n: G repairable system with multiple vacations of a repairman. It is assumed that the failure time of units has exponential distribution, and the repair time and the vacations time have general continuous distributions. By using the method of supplement variables and the theory of vector Markov process, we obtained the reliability indices of the system and the repair equipment.
